Painting Exercise: Testing Your Paint Personalities

One exercise that I continue to do every time I get a new tube of paint is test it's personality. How do you find out the variables of each tube of paint? Using some scrap canvas or these fancy charts, we can test things like opacity, transparency, consistency, tinting strength and how each pigment compares to others.
